Union members submitted more than 60 questions on the agreement, the ratification process, and the importance of the vote. Chief negotiator for SEBAC Dan Livingston and Health Care Cost Containment Committee SEBAC chair Bob Krzys provided the answers needed to cast an informed ballot.
