		<description>A graduated income tax that goes to 5.5 % at $250K, 6 % at $500K, 6.5 % at $1 M, 7 % at $2 M and 8 % at $4 M and if filing a joint return double the dollar amounts com bine with a Toll proposal with a $5 toll when entering CT using EZ Pass express to eliminate emissions being set up at both ends of 84 and 95, 395, 91 at the MA border and 287 where it meets 15 over the Tappan Zee would generate in excess of $ 1 Billion of new money per year.</description>
